It is an overseas affiliate of Shenzhen Shanze Fund and holds Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. The Company is a private open-ended fund company established as an umbrella fund pursuant to the Instrument of Incorporation and is governed by the SFO. All Shareholders are entitled to the benefit of, are bound by and deemed to have undertaken to observe the provisions of the instrument of Incorporation.
