Mr. Chen Qing graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Master's degree in Economics. Since 2008, he has been engaged in the issuance and underwriting of credit bonds at Guosen Securities. He has successively served as the head of the Bond Issuance Department at Dongxing Securities and Caida Securities, and the General Manager of the Shanghai Business Department of Bond Financing at Minmetals Securities. He is among the earliest professionals in China to engage in the issuance, underwriting and investment of urban investment bonds. He advocates the "trading-oriented investment banking + investment" strategy for domestic and overseas urban investment bond investments. This strategy demonstrates distinct differentiation in the current bond investment industry, and has the dual advantages of both safety and relatively high returns. He has successively led or participated in bond issuance projects with a total scale exceeding RMB 100 billion, and bond put-option resale transactions worth RMB 60 billion. Having experienced various policy changes and industry cycles in the domestic and overseas urban investment bond markets, he has a profound understanding of these markets. He is proficient in researching and identifying various bond investment scenarios with trading opportunities from an investment banking perspective, exploring trading opportunities with high certainty, and increasing product returns by capturing trading spreads.
