Mr. Jeffrey Young was appointed Executive Director and Investment Director of Smart Grandly Asset Management. He holds a Master of Management degree from Duke University‘s Fuqua School of Business and Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance, Accounting and Physics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He previously worked at Alliance Bernstein’s New York headquarters. Alliance Bernstein is one of the world’s biggest asset management companies. Founded 1967, Alliance Bernstein has approximate $785 Billion USD in asset under management. Jeffrey was responsible for systemic trading strategy investment, leading a team that managed over $5 billion USD, while average an annualized return of 13%. Prior to joining Alliance Bernstein, Jeffrey worked at as Global Macro Strategist at Nomura Securities International in New York. During Jeffrey’s career in financial services, he has won numerous awards, and his expertise were held in high regards by the industry as well as frequently quoted by major media outlets, such as the Wall Street Journal, The Economist and Bloomberg News. He has also worked with various exchanges, financial institutions and university as key note speakers and market makers, receiving multiple awards and critical success.
