Since 2008, he has served as a researcher at Xinhua Fund, and by the end of 2011, he became a fund manager at Xinhua Fund. During his tenure, his public fund performance was outstanding: in 2012, his first year as a fund manager, the fund "Xinhua Industry Cycle Rotation" under his management ranked third in the entire market (3/867) and later won the three-year Golden Bull Award (2012-2014). He was also named one of the Top Ten Star Fund Managers of the Year by the "Investment and Wealth Management" magazine.
