Continuation of Private Fund Managers As of the end of March 2026, there were 19,067 existing private fund managers, managing a total of 140,931 funds with a total size of 22.72 trillion yuan. Among them, there were 7,454 private securities investment fund managers, 11,442 private equity and venture capital fund managers, 3 private asset allocation fund managers, and 168 other private investment fund managers. 3. Geographical Distribution of Private Fund Managers As of the end of March 2026, the number of registered private fund managers was concentrated in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Zhejiang (excluding Ningbo), Guangdong (excluding Shenzhen), and Jiangsu, accounting for 72.42% of the total number of registrations. In terms of fund size, the top 6 regions were Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangdong (excluding Shenzhen), Jiangsu, and Zhejiang (excluding Ningbo), accounting for 75.49% of the total fund size. II.
