Recently, Ocorian announced the appointment of Francel Fullard as the Head of Private Client Services in Hong Kong, further solidifying its leading position in the field of private wealth management in Asia. Francel will lead the Ocorian Hong Kong private client team, working closely with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals and families to help them establish and manage complex trust and fiduciary structures. With over ten years of experience in the legal and fiduciary services sector, Francel provides clients with extensive guidance on trust, estate, and inheritance planning, including family governance, will execution, and management of complex holding and investment structures. Francel is a STEP-certified professional, holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business, Law, and Legal Studies from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
