Han Ya Investment appoints Fanny Lee as Hong Kong intermediary sales director.
Baocheng Group's asset management company, Han Ya Investment, recently announced the appointment of Fanny Lee as the Sales Director for intermediaries in Hong Kong, effective from May 26, 2026.
Guardian Asset Management, a subsidiary under the Baocheng Group, recently announced the appointment of Fanny Lee as Director of Intermediary Sales in Hong Kong, with effect from May 26, 2026. Fanny Lee will be based in Hong Kong and report to Szu Yi Chin, Head of Global Financial Institutions (GFI) and Intermediary Institutions at Guardian Asset Management. Szu Yi Chin welcomed the appointment of Fanny Lee, stating, "Hong Kong is a key market for Guardian - it is not only a leading financial hub in Asia, but also a gateway to Greater China. We are focused on deepening partnerships with key channels and strengthening local influence to expand our intermediary business and better serve our clients." Fanny Lee brings over 25 years of experience in private wealth distribution in Hong Kong and Greater China, holding a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Guardian Asset Management, she held senior leadership positions at several globally leading asset management companies, including Head of 91 Hong Kong Greater China Advisory, Distribution Head at BlackRock Private Bank, and Head of Hong Kong Family Offices. According to publicly available information, Guardian Asset Management was founded in 1994 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Baocheng Group. The company operates with a unique localization model in 10 Asian markets and has branches in North America and Europe. As of March 31, 2026, Guardian manages a total of $269 billion in assets for global institutional investors and individual investors, covering asset classes such as equities, fixed income, multi-assets, quant, and alternative strategies.
