The fundraising size of the sixth Asia-Pacific fund has increased by 50% compared to the fifth Asia-Pacific fund, which successfully raised $4.5 billion in 2020.
After completing the fundraising for the sixth Asia-Pacific fund, CVC's Asia-Pacific fund has successfully become one of the largest private equity investment funds in the Asia-Pacific region, with a total fundraising size of over $21 billion across all its funds. The focus of the sixth Asia-Pacific fund will be on controlling, co-controlling, and collaborating investments in high-quality companies in the core consumer and service sectors in Asia. CVC has been active in the Asian market since 1999 and has completed over 80 investments in Asia.

The sixth Asia-Pacific fund is the latest successful fundraising fund in CVC's global private equity, S Fund, and credit strategies, including CVC Capital Partners Fund IX (26 billion), Glendower Capital Secondary Opportunities Fund V ($5.8 billion), and CVC CLO Equity III ($800 million), all of which exceeded their respective fundraising targets.
CVC's total assets under management globally amount to $199 billion (188 billion), encompassing seven complementary investment strategies, including CVC Europe/Americas, CVC Asia-Pacific, CVC Strategic Opportunities, CVC Growth, CVC S Fund (Glendower), CVC Credit, and CVC Infrastructure (DIF Capital Partners).
