Bosera Fund (International) and HashKey Capital's joint application for Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF has been approved.
On April 15th, Bosera International Fund and HashKey Capital Limited jointly applied for 2 virtual asset spot ETFs, which have received conditional approval from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong.
On April 15th, two virtual asset spot ETFs jointly applied by Bosera Fund (International) and HashKey Capital Limited have been conditionally approved by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. Bosera Fund (International) and HashKey Capital will leverage their leading expertise and ecological resources in both traditional finance and virtual asset industries to jointly promote the issuance of Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs, providing investors with a safe, compliant, and convenient way to directly participate in the mainstream virtual asset markets of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Bosera Fund (International) expressed its delight in cooperating with HashKey to explore the new chapter of the Hong Kong virtual asset market. The issuance of virtual asset spot ETFs not only offers investors new asset allocation options, but also further consolidates Hong Kong's status as an international financial center and virtual asset hub. HashKey Capital mentioned that the approval of virtual asset spot ETF listing by Hong Kong regulatory authorities has bridged the gap for traditional institutions to allocate virtual assets, greatly expanding the exposure of mainstream investors and retail investors to virtual assets.
